FAQ
I ship internationally! While I am a US based artist, I have shipping rates for international and domestic orders.
- When can I expect my order?
Generally with USPS you can expect your package to arrive within 3-5 days of your package shipping. Please note that shipping delays from USPS are beyond my control, and I cannot provide updates or communication as to why a delay may have occured.
- What does "Preorder" mean?
Preorder means you have ordered a product before it's manufacturing period. Generally, this is the best way to ensure you get and item as they may only be restocked at in-person events or retired all together. I will generally have preorders open for 2 weeks, and order projected sales by the end of the first week. Items will then be shipped out as soon as possible, and you should recieve an email! Manufacturing can take anywhere between 2-6 weeks.

- Can I make product requests?
Occasionally I will take merch and product requests on my Instagram stories!
